What we are looking for

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior sales executive to play a key role in the growth and expansion of our business

Reporting directly to the COO, the Senior Sales Executive will primarily identify and build new business for the company’s products and services, negotiating and closing large enterprise deals with blue chip companies in Ireland and internationally. The role will entail dealing with C-level executives and structuring solutions that address their needs.

We are looking for a candidate who will grow with the company and who will provide leadership and momentum to the growth of the business. A background in technology/analytics would be an advantage. However, excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.

 

Salary: A highly competitive base salary with a high OTE.

 

Who you are

  • A self-starter with a minimum of 4 years experience of selling complex solutions and services to large enterprise clients.
  • A leader with a track record in hitting and exceeding sales targets, from generating leads through to closing deals.
  • A problem solver and thinker who can understand and articulate the key benefits and functionality of our products and services and to co-ordinate their delivery to clients.
  • Experienced in understanding a customer’s needs and pain points and then, through consultative selling, identifying the most appropriate solution for their needs.
  • Ambitious with the desire and ability to work with Idiro senior management to develop, and grow the company.
  • Educated to Bachelor Degree Level or have relevant experience in similar role
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

 

Your responsibilities

The responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

  • Identifying and prospecting potential clients
  • Managing the sales cycle from lead to negotiation and closing of deals.
  • Working with our technology team to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions while also maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients.
  • Contributing to the overall company strategy and providing guidance on marketing and other lead generation activities.
