Changes in regulations bring extra compliance requirements, which for one Irish regulatory body resulted in a massive increase in the need for transparent reporting and analytics.
We worked with this organisation to understand its current data infrastructure and to identify improvements in the data warehouse architecture. As a result, we enabled sophisticated reporting and insights on its large dataset. Building on this improved dataset, we defined and delivered reporting and insights that allowed this government body to fulfil its mission to serve citizens far better than before.
