We are looking for a Talent Recruitment Specialist that, as an expert in search techniques and candidate engagement, will build talent pipelines for our clients, leading the growth of our people placement practice.

The Talent Recruitment Specialist will manage the end-end search, assessment, selection and placement process with candidates/contractors and clients.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have 3+ years sales and sourcing experience in contract recruitment (ideally technology), helping clients augment their people resources and related expertise.

The goal will be to diligently fill open positions with the best talent, while using excellent sourcing methods and placement techniques to achieve sales KPI’s.

We are looking for a Talent Recruitment Specialist that, as an expert in search techniques and candidate engagement, will build talent pipelines for our clients, leading the growth of our people placement practice.

The Talent Recruitment Specialist will manage the end-end search, assessment, selection and placement process with candidates/contractors and clients.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have 3+ years sales and sourcing experience in contract recruitment (ideally technology), helping clients augment their people resources and related expertise.

The goal will be to diligently fill open positions with the best talent, while using excellent sourcing methods and placement techniques to achieve sales KPI’s.

Responsibilities include

  • Research and stay up to date with market trends in analytics resourcing including contracting.
  • Together with the Director – Sales and COO, cultivate and build relationships with hiring managers.
  • Rigorously qualify live jobs to ensure best use of Idiros’s time and resources.
  • Apply leading edge search skills to identify and build relationships with “passive” candidates/contractors who may be open to exploring new opportunities.
  • Draft adverts for Idiro’s website and social media to profile positions, attract candidates/contractors and build relationships.
  • Headhunt – identify and engage suitable candidates/contractors in live opportunities.
  • Manage live job applications, interviews and tests and create a shortlist of candidates/contractors for the client.
  • Follow-up references and check the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client.
  • Prepare CVs and correspondence for the client regarding suitable applicants.
  • Brief the candidate/contractors about the opportunity, responsibilities, and rates for the position, and prepare them well for interview.
  • Manage the interview process with candidates/contractors and the client.
  • Keep candidates/contractors informed through the interview process, providing constructive feedback, and outlining clear next steps.
  • Negotiate contract rates and finalise arrangements between clients and candidates/contractors.
  • Work together with the Idiro team to achieve Sales KPI’s.
  • Lead in implementing a new Applicant Management System (Vincere) and integrating best practice processes in its configuration and day to day usage.

Basic Requirements

  • 3+ years sales and sourcing experience in recruitment (ideally technology recruitment, and ideally contractor recruitment).
  • Bachelor-Degree Level.

Key Competencies include

  • Excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter/sourcing specialist in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience working on analytics and AI roles.
  • First-hand experience with sourcing techniques.
  • Strong, driven, and enthusiastic work ethic.
  • Ability to positively present the company and open roles to potential candidates.
  • Effective time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Hands on experience using an ATS and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of recruitment market and salary trends would be beneficial.
  • Experience in a client facing role.
