AI hiring compliance

One report. Every US rule that applies.

US AI hiring law is a patchwork. We test your hiring tool once and give you a single report that covers New York City, Illinois, California and Colorado, so you are covered without paying for four separate audits.

The problem

Every US state and city is writing its own AI hiring rules. Commissioning a separate audit for each is slow and expensive. We run one analysis on one dataset and produce a single report that answers all of them.

Coverage

Four jurisdictions, one report

New York City – Local Law 144

Full bias audit

The independent bias audit the law requires, with a publishable summary and template candidate notice wording.

Illinois – HB 3773

Adverse impact evidence

The analysis and documentation to show your tool does not produce a discriminatory effect under the Illinois Human Rights Act.

California – FEHA

Extended-class testing

Impact testing extended to California’s wider protected classes, with the records that support an employer’s defence.

Colorado – SB 26-189

Readiness review

A readiness review against the disclosure duties that take effect on 1 January 2027, so you are prepared ahead of time.

How it works

From your data to one report

Share your data

You provide a clean dataset for the tool and period under review, over a secure transfer.

2

We analyse and validate

Our data scientists run the calculations, extend the analysis to California, and peer-review the results.

3

You get one report

A single combined report, a publishable summary and candidate notice wording, ready to use.

Indicative delivery is three weeks from receipt of a clean, complete dataset.

Questions

Good to know

Does it cover New York City Local Law 144?

Yes. The report includes the full independent bias audit Local Law 144 requires, plus a publishable summary and candidate notice wording.

Is Colorado audited?

Colorado is covered as a readiness review. Its replacement law takes effect on 1 January 2027 and rulemaking is still outstanding, so an audit against a set standard is not yet possible.

What if we have more than one tool?

Each additional tool assessed at the same time is $950, using the same secure process.
